Intimate New Jersey Engagement in Lambertville

There is nothing more special than celebrating your engagement back where it all began AND with some incredible views to top it all off.

As a New Jersey Wedding Photographer I am blessed to be around such incredible locations from New York City to the mountains (really just tall hills) of Northern Jersey. Emily and John wanted to do something that was close to their heart for their engagement session. Since they love hiking and discovering new places, I quickly suggested this little spot in Lambertville, New Jersey that has the BEST views of our neighboring state (Pennsylvania).

They were THRILLED as John had purchased Emily’s gorgeous antique ring at the quaint yet elegant Park Place Jewelers right down the road. We decided to incorporate that special memory into their session and it hit all the feels.

After crossing the connecting NJ/PA bridge and crossing off “being in two places at once” on our bucketlist, we headed up the trail for sunset.

Photographing engagements in my homestate of NJ is nothing short of a dream, and especially when I get to do it with couples like Emily and John.

Now on to their wedding next year!!
